Fairmined is a rigorous 3rd party certification and audit system that ensures that miners meet world-leading standards for responsible practices.
A complete Standard
The Fairmined Standard covers every aspect of responsible mining practices, including all current legislation. That’s because they were designed in open forums with the whole supply chain. The same way they will continue to evolve and improve.
Rigorous certification
The road to certification requires at least 18-24 months of intense support to empower and equip mining organizations to world-leading responsible practices.

The ongoing assessments ensure miners not only maintain their certification but continue to improve their social impact and efforts to care for the environment.
