The first Fairmined medal in Hungary: The Virgin Mary

The first Fairmined medal in Hungary: The Virgin Mary

After the successful launching of the world’s first commemorative medal made of Fairmined “The special edition King’s Choice”, Samlerhuset Group launches this year in Hungary a new Fairmined medal, thanks to the Hungary office “Magyar Éremkibocsátó Kft.”

Samlerhuset Group is dedicated to responsible artisanal mining and supporting Fairmined, annually minting the Nobel Peace Prize in Fairmined gold and issuing the world’s first ever commemorative medal from Fairmined Gold. With this, Sumlerhuset is providing collectors with the chance to support responsible miners.

András Király, Marketing manager for Samlerhuset Hungary thinks that “Based on the successful sales of Fairmined Gold medals in Norway, Finland and Czech Republic, we believe that the launch of the first Hungarian Fairmined commemorative medal will be successful as well.  We are doing our best in Hungary to support responsible artisanal mining and we are proud to be part of the Fairmined Initiative.”

The first Fairmined medal in Hungary is of the Virgin Mary and is offered in two sizes, a ¼ ounce and 1/10 ounce gold medals.
